November ‘Live It’ Challenge is Here!
Student Challenge: Create an #IAmANewCreation note card and list 3 traits that God has developed in your heart after you started following Jesus! “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” – 2 Corinthians 5:17
Family Challenge: Together as a family, create a poster that gives a fun visual of the Gospel explained in Romans 10:9: “…if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Take the ‘Live It’ challenge!
Bring Your Bible to School Day is a nationwide, student-led event that happens on the first Thursday of every October. The 2020 event will take place on Thursday, October 1. This event empowers Christian students of all ages to take the lead in speaking God’s grace and truth into the culture around them by taking one simple step — bringing their Bible to school and talking about it with friends.
The event allows students to live out their faith in a positive, practical way. With that in mind, we’ve started the ‘Live It’ Challenge as the next step from Bring Your Bible to School Day: monthly challenges that will help students and families keep the movement going throughout the whole year!
Each month, we’ll be sending out questions based around that month’s ‘Live It’ theme (like “Overcoming Fear” or “Sharing God’s Love”). Think about the questions and then discuss them with your family or friends.
Then, get ready to receive that month’s official ‘Live It’ challenge — practical ways you can live out your faith all year long!
Take the Challenge
Go to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, or this website to discover the monthly ‘Live It’ Challenge, which will become available near the beginning of each month. Each month has two challenges based on that month’s theme — a challenge for you to do on your own or with friends, and a challenge for your family to do together.
